THE SCHOOL OF LIFE (TSOL)
Full UX Process
The School of Life Melbourne (TSOLM) has noticed that class attendance has been declining since it’s initial launch. They had little understanding of how users were searching and finding content on TSOLM website. We needed to firstly understand what was happening and then design a solution to increase people finding classes.
Our solution focused on, redesigning the information architecture and change the content templates to increase user understanding of each event and increase ease of findability.
Our final deliverables included a high-fidelity prototype, annotated wireframes, a new sitemap, SEO recommendation for meta data and content titles.
I served as the UX designer with a focus on interaction design, creating the prototypes, iterations, annotation and leading a rapid wireframes workshops with the rest of the team. In addition to this, I was also responsible for the Google analytics, user flows, user testing, video editing, documentation, suggested recommendations and synthesize this part of the report together. As a team we were able to conduct user research testing and competitive analysis together.
